While we excel at innovative design, we're known for top-notch service. we have over a decade of experience and our planners come from luxury hospitality backgrounds, where they served for many years at management level for multi-million dollar luxury brands. whether planning an incredible wedding, milestone event, vip dinner party, product launch or social gala, we take a limited number of events each year to ensure we can give our clients the attention they deserve to produce a flawless event.
A celebration of this magnitude is exciting, albeit a bit overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve got a million great ideas whirling in your head that you need help implanting and taking to the next level or perhaps you have no ideas and just know you want something fabulous and that’s why you’re here. Our job is to create the perfect backdrop for those memories.
When you think of a planner, you may think of linens and menu tastings, flowers and decor, budgets, timelines and table seating assignments. While all of that is true, I like to think of ourselves as experience enthusiasts, because we approach the wedding from both the logistical planning side and the creative, design side. There is the experience of you planning the event for the months/years leading up to it, and the experience that one has as a guest at the event when it finally arrives. Both experiences are equally important to us.
I challenge you to think of the best parties and events you’ve attended. Sure, it was memorable if the band was really good (or really bad!) and perhaps you also remember that delicious 7-course dinner or a really epic floral centerpiece. Those are the big, tangible things that are easily expressed and identified. But how about those little magical moments that seemingly fall into place with effortless elegance? Where every little detail has been carefully planned out, taking into account every possible scenario for the best guest experience. You know, the details you can’t quite put your finger on but they make or break the experience?
In reality, we’re the wizards behind the curtain. We’ve all seen one of those lovely water fountain shows - the ones where the water dances perfectly to the beautiful orchestra music, mirroring its every note change, while the lighting changes at just the right times to compliment it all — all to elicit an emotional response. THAT is a metaphor for precisely what we do at our events, just on a much larger scale.
