Needed: Fall/Winter Intern!
It’s that time of year again! We’re looking for another Superstar Intern.
Obsessed with weddings? Organized to a fault? We’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, social-media savvy, fall/winter intern who can work a few days in our office per month. Some weekends required. Intern will learn the ins and outs of owning a small business, creating timelines and proposal contracts for clients, marketing, sourcing potential clients, interacting with vendors, coordinating and assisting weddings and shoots, and more!

Other Internships Requirements: -4 month commitment (ideally October-January) *no holiday hours required* -available a few weekdays per month to work in the studio-seriously interested in wedding and event planning -enviable organization and time-management skills (attention, Type A’s!) -great work ethic and super responsible/dependable -self-starter and proactive…thinks ahead to be helpful and doesn’t always wait to be directed
-great sense of style/fashion (we’re an events and styling co. afterall!) -Serious Pinterest/ Social Media/ Blogging skills (good writing is a must!) -proficiency in WordPress, MS Office (and Photoshop is a plus) -must have a car and your own laptop Some Tasks include: -office organization
-post office runs and shipping assistance
-basic errands -brainstorming/problem-solving
-inspiration board creation and blogging
-social media networking -creating timelines/proposals -interfacing with clients -research and planning assistance -photo shoot planning and onsite assistance -shadowing at meetings and thorough note taking -answering phones (professional, phone manners/etiquette a must) -working at least 2 weddings/events on weekends…which are often 10 hour days, on your feet….setting up, assisting during the event, cleaning up *This internship is non-paid and for credit/experience only. Communication, Marketing, PR, Event Management, Hospitality & Tourism majors encouraged to apply.
