Does it get more iconic in New York than Rockefeller Center? This couple hosted a lavish rooftop celebration kicking off their weekend’s wedding festivities at 620 Loft & Garden which boasts unparalleled views of 5th Avenue and St. Patrick’s Cathedral – extra special since that’s where Allyson and James tied the knot. Custom lavender mirrored tables adorned with moss runners housing the most delicious blooms in every shade of pink. Art Deco globe lanterns were built into the table and paid tribute to the surrounding architecture, making for a dramatic look at night against the shiny skyscrapers. Elan Artist’s vintage jazz band crooned in the background and Great Performances served up a family style Italian feast. The icing on the cake was a sentimental toast from the groom, paying tribute to his late parents by sabering a vintage bottle of Dom he found in their house from their own wedding.
