After thoroughly enjoying last year’s National Stationery Show at the Jacob Javitz Convention Center in NYC, I decided to return again this year for another round of inspiration and paper pretties!  While most people attend the show to buy wholesale for their retail shops, I go to discover new talent, vendors and stay on top of paper trends in the wedding/event industry.  I always leave with tons of ideas from branding/identity to wedding invitations and day of paper goods.  The displays themselves are also pretty amazing and super creative.  This year I took my pal Laura Ritchie, from Events in the City and we conquered the show in 4 hours.  Now if we were placing orders – you’d probably need to be there at least 2 days.  Enjoy a recap of some of my fave booths via Instagram #NSS pics – it’s definitely the year of shine (and neon!)
